In the blue print of our minds we have programs all ready set up and in progress. Our outer world in merely a symptom of our inner world. However most of us try to change our outer world without addressing the cause of the issue (our inner world).
Being overweight is only a symptom, cause you are acting out your beliefs and habits as an over weight person. Is that really who you are? If you want to be lean and healthy you have to think like a lean and healthy person and act like a lean and healthy person. You have to address you inner blue print, your beliefs and habits. You need to change your inner blueprint, your inner world and see yourself as having all the abilities and strengths, see yourself as a lean and healthy person, than your outside world will shift to match your beliefs.
If your outside world isn't what you want it to be, than there is no way out of it other than to change your inner world. You have the strength, take the step.
